Industrial Scale.
Laboratory Precision.
Six-stage proprietary refining — from ancient geological deposit to certified mineral perfection.
The Refinement Protocol
Optical Mineral Selection
At the extraction point, trained mineralogists and automated spectral analysis identify optimal halite crystal formations. Only formations exceeding 97% base purity proceed.
Saturated Brine Hydro-Purification
Raw mineral is dissolved into controlled brine solution. Chemical precipitation using calcium chloride and soda ash eliminates calcium, magnesium, and sulfate impurities. The purified brine is filtered through multi-layer membrane systems.
Laser-Calibrated Micron Crushing
High-precision impact mills crush crystallized salt to specified particle size distributions. Real-time laser diffraction sensors monitor granulometry to ±5 micron tolerance.
Fluidized Thermal De-Moisturization
Salt crystals pass through a temperature-controlled fluidized bed dryer at 120–180°C, reducing residual moisture content to below 0.15%. Air flow is regulated by PLC systems.
Dual-Spectrum Optical Color Sorting
Advanced CCD camera arrays operating across visible and near-infrared spectra identify and reject off-color particles at 8 tons per hour throughput.
Hermetic Cleanroom Packaging
Final product is conveyed in enclosed stainless steel systems to Class 10,000 cleanroom packaging lines. Bags are nitrogen-flushed and hermetically sealed with tamper-evident closures.
